Well, it's been two months now that I've been working with my trainer Boyd Fields. I have to say that though it's been anything but easy or inexpensive, I cannot complain with the results. during this time I have completely changed my life with regards to physical activity and the food I consume.

One of the things I've learned from the extended sessions with the trainer is the importance of low impact cardio to those trying to loose weight. It seems like the ammount of weight I lost last year was disproportionate to how often I worked out. I was hitting 4 to 5 days in the gym every week and grappling on Saturdays. I lost some weight and gained a lot of muscle lifting that way. I gained a little size and a lot of strength, but didn't shed the fat I would have liked to.
