Well, it's been two months now that I've been working with my trainer Boyd Fields. I have to say that though it's been anything but easy or inexpensive, I cannot complain with the results. during this time I have completely changed my life with regards to physical activity and the food I consume. I started at 283 lbs and am now down to 252 lbs and %17.8 body fat. I have lost 4.25 inches from my stomach at it's broadest point. By all accounts I'm half way to my goal. The thing is the 2nd half is always harder. It's ok. I think mentally I've become a little tougher through all of this. I'm sitting here watching the P90 X Yoga video and thinking about the kind of commitment to the diet and workouts it's gonna take. I can see why that program is so hot right now because it looks intense. (BY the way I plan to add Yoga in this phase of my training) I'll be 40 years old on November the 5th of this year. I think I can be completely lean by that time. Begin the first on next year if I'm lean, I'll shift to working for some serious muscle mass gain. I have to get this done now before I get any older because frankly I'm barely tough enough to get through it now. How's it going to feel in 10 years? Now's the time. The time is now!
